Within the last quarter, Edmonton has seen:
Stabilization in demand for office space as return-to-work plans were put on hold due to the 4th wave,
Strengthening in the industrial sector and rural industrial markets,
Consistency in retail markets as restaurants and other businesses regain strength,
Increased strength in demand for multi-family properties as cap rates move lower and rents move higher.
