Edmonton Market Summary 2021 - Q3

Within the last quarter, Edmonton has seen:

  • Stabilization in demand for office space as return-to-work plans were put on hold due to the 4th wave,

  • Strengthening in the industrial sector and rural industrial markets,

  • Consistency in retail markets as restaurants and other businesses regain strength,

  • Increased strength in demand for multi-family properties as cap rates move lower and rents move higher.
